Outrunning My Midlife Crisis

For my 40th I'm starting a one-day run club to outrun my midlife crisis: 40 miles from the dead end in Fairwood where I grew up to our front door, past every place I've lived. Join for any stretch. No expectations. If this is your best option on a Saturday, I'm a little disappointed in you.

The route

Where to catch me

Be there by the first time. I'll probably show up at the second. On race day these update with where I really am. The app is confident all of the time and right some of the time.

Up for a run in the rain?

Join me for a stretch, any stretch. Pick one and roughly when. No account, no commitment. It just helps Tracy know who to look for.

It's Seattle in December. It will rain.
